Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent in Hyderabad. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide effective and efficient support. Additionally, the agent will document customer interactions and collaborate with other team members to improve service quality.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
