Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Orchestration and Event Management

Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions in complex environments

Technical Skills

Deep understanding of ITOM tools and technologies particularly in the ServiceNow platform or similar tools

Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices

Proficiency in scripting languages eg Python PowerShell and automation tools

well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns tag based Discovery

Experience in resolving Discovery issues coordinating with various infra teams

Working experience in Service Maps Experience in creating pattern based tag based service maps Experience in writing custom patterns
