About the Role

Neyo Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Discovery and CMDB within the ITOM suite. The ideal candidate will have successfully implemented and supported Discovery and CMDB configurations in real-world projects and be confident in delivering client-ready solutions from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules with a strong focus on Discovery and CMDB .
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to enhance platform functionality.
• Conduct Discovery troubleshooting, CI class mapping, and data reconciliation.
• Support integration efforts using REST / SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy across CMDB relationships.
• Provide deployment, testing, and post-implementation support.
