Job Summary
We are seeking experienced IVR Speech Recognition Specialists to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of speech-enabled IVR solutions. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working with Nuance IVR technologies, including Nuance Application Studio, Nuance Experience Studio, and Nuance Test Studio.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement IVR call flows and speech-enabled applicationsWork with Nuance tools to build and enhance speech recognition experiencesCreate conversational IVR dialogs aligned with business requirementsPerform requirements gathering, documentation, and functional analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts, architects)Conduct testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of IVR solutionsOptimize speech recognition performance and user experienceIntegrate IVR systems with backend applications and contact center platformsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Nuance IVR platforms (Application Studio, Experience Studio, Test Studio)Strong understanding of IVR technologies, VXML / CCXML, ASR / TTS, grammarsExperience in speech IVR design, conversational flow development, or speech tuningAbility to analyze customer journeys and translate business needs into IVR logicStrong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skillsExperience in contact center technologies is a plusPreferred Backgrounds
