Speech and Behavioral Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech and Behavioral Therapist located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Speech and Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting speech and behavioral assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for children. The therapist will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Duties also include documenting progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's / Master's in Speech Therapy and Psychology Experience working with children with developmental, speech, or behavioral needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and creativity in therapy.
