About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Sourcing [Wovens] to lead sourcing operations with a focus on womenswear woven fabrics. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective procurement, vendor partnerships and onboarding, Negotiation, costing, and continuous improvements in sourcing processes. You will collaborate with product, design, and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods while staying ahead of industry and material innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for woven fabrics in womenswear.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers through market research and performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable and quality supply.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, driving improvement plans.
• Manage the sourcing budget, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Travel to explore new fabrics, vendor facilities, and production capabilities.
• Solve product development and production challenges with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
