Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Reporting Office) – Initial training in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Experience Required : 1 to 2.5 Years

CTC : ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum

Reporting To : HR Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Executive to support the Human Resources department in ensuring company-wide compliance with labor laws and HR policies, while also designing and delivering effective training programs. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing compliance documentation and audits, while also engaging employees through training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance :

• Ensure adherence to all statutory labor laws and HR-related legal requirements.
• Maintain updated records of employee files, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and legal teams for HR audits and inspections.
• Monitor HR processes to ensure they are aligned with internal policies and government regulations.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.
