We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel L3 Support Engineer for one of our prestigious clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Windows and VMware platforms, implementing advanced configurations, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Administration and implementation of Windows Server 200x, 2012, 2016 , and VMware (4.X, 5.X, 6.X) environments.
Cloud & Virtualization Support
Provide basic support for AWS and Azure cloud environments.Manage and optimize Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop configurations (versions 6.5, 7.6, and 7.15).Hardware Configuration & Maintenance
Work with enterprise-class hardware from HP, Dell, IBM, and Cisco (blade and tower technology) .Configure hardware components, particularly Cisco and HP Blade systems .Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Resolve critical production issues efficiently and independently.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across Windows and VMware environments.Collaborative Support
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations.Lead or assist in system upgrades and patches.Required Skills
7+ years of experience in managing and supporting Windows and VMware platforms.Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization (mandatory).Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services .Experience with enterprise-class hardware and advanced configurations.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ready to Apply
