Senior Project Manager (Account Management)

Role Summary :

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive our next phase of growth. You'll partner with our Business Director to manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and align our internal functions (Finance, HR, etc.) to drive sustainable growth and profitability. This role is key to our strategic success.

Role :

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and encourage expansion of engagements as we grow our share of wallet within the existing client network
• Own and project manage the end-to-end client needs, including outreach, proposals, presentations, negotiating deals, managing SOW alignments, budgets, and renewals, ongoing client CRM, account reviews, and navigating a vast variety of enquiries.
• Become the go-to person and a trusted advisor to our clients and partners with a strong focus on driving results and profitability while building relationships
• Develop and own compelling proposals and pitch materials by project managing resources and timelines, case studies, and presentations
• Display the passion and drive of a client portfolio owner, take accountability for obstacles and rectify those as appropriate.
• Provide intel to support the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including timely updates, reporting and actionable business insights.
• Support and own strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to business planning, financial and commercial control, client and internal operations
• Act as a catalyst for customer service and operational excellence across the organisation as aligned with the clients' and business requirements and priorities.
