Role Description :

We're looking for a creative and data-driven

Email Marketing Specialist

who can help us build

trust, connection, and conversion

through email.

You'll own our end-to-end email communication from strategy to execution ensuring that every subscriber feels seen, supported, and inspired to take action.

What You'll Do on a day-to-day basis :

Email Marketing

• Build and manage

email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences

to engage and convert leads.

Create

high-converting automated flows

(welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.) using tools like ConvertKit, FloDesk, or Mailchimp.

Repurpose social, podcast, and workshop content into value-packed email stories.

Analyze open / click rates and optimize for performance.

Outreach & Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to

potential clients, collaborators, and organizations

(universities, startups, corporates).

Craft

personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages

that build trust and spark interest.

Research prospects and maintain a lead tracker (via Notion / CRM).

Manage follow-ups, schedule discovery calls, and support lead nurturing.

Collaborate with the Founder to convert warm leads into paying clients.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You :

Are a natural communicator who

writes like a human, not a marketer.

Have 2–4 years of experience

in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B outreach.

Understand

funnels, automation tools, and CRM systems.

Are organized, reliable, and proactive

— you don't wait to be told what to do.

Have an understanding of

coaching, education, or personal branding

industries (bonus).

Love building relationships and making genuine connections online.
