Zycus is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying decision-makers, and driving new business for our innovative SaaS procurement software solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Prospecting & Qualification : Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on procurement needs.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and track progress.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly / quarterly KPIs for lead generation.
- Market Research : Stay updated on procurement industry trends and competitor offerings
Skills & Experience Required :
2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology sales, or procurement software.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in a B2B setting.Familiarity with procurement processes or SaaS procurement software is a plus.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment .Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)Strong, in-depth analytical skillProficient in professional business conversational etiquetteAccount Mapping & Social Selling abilityNetworking & Team ManagementEducational Qualification : B.E. / MBA from premium institutesSkills Required
