Position Overview :
The Regional Sales Manager Home Loans will be responsible for driving home loan business in the assigned region through open market channels, banking partners, and internal leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the home loan ecosystem, proven leadership skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Home Loan sales across assigned territories through open market and partner channels.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Generate business through open market sourcing, builder tie-ups, and referral networks.
- Manage and nurture relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other lending partners.
- Ensure timely processing of applications, documentation, and disbursements.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Track performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in Home Loan Sales / Mortgage Sales, preferably in the Prime Segment.Proven track record of achieving sales targets through open market and partner channels.Strong understanding of home loan products, documentation, and credit assessment.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage and motivate a large team to deliver consistent Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.MBA preferred but not mandatory.Why Join Paisabazaar :
