The Objective Of The Role

The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for guiding learners through their academic journey, ensuring they successfully complete course modules and meet academic milestones. This role demands a student-focused approach, emphasizing mentoring, evaluation, and resource development. The facilitator will work closely with learners to address their academic concerns, track progress, and contribute to course resource enhancements.

Roles And Responsibilities

Induct learners into the module by introducing them to its structure, evaluation process, and timelines.

Conduct orientation sessions for the student portal and module scheduling.

Serve as the primary mentor for learners, guiding them through academic challenges.

Provide dissertation guidance to learners pursuing Master's-level programs.

Review and evaluate assessment submissions promptly.

Conduct draft review calls to provide detailed feedback on student submissions.

Monitor learner progression and provide timely follow-ups to ensure module completion.

Address and resolve academic concerns swiftly to maintain learner engagement.

Create or revise assignment briefs as per academic requirements.

Collaborate on course resource development initiatives, contributing to the improvement of learning materials.

Actively participate in student engagement platforms, such as discussion boards, webinars, and academic insights.

Qualifications And Skills

Master's degree / Pursuing in a relevant field (Education, Academic Mentoring, or related areas preferred).

Min 2 years of related experience

Strong academic mentoring and evaluation skills.

Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
