Job Title : Wealth Operations Executive / Specialist

Location : Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Wealth Operations professional to support back-office and middle-office activities within our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.)
• Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
• Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS tools
• Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Manage client onboarding documentation, KYC / AML checks, and compliance reporting
• Generate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and management
• Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operations
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
• Provide training or support to junior team members as required.
