Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Specialist in Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development Strategy :
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business objectives.
- Proposal Development :
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking :
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market penetration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business development efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the specialty chemicals or related industry.Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the specialty chemicals sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.What We Offer :
