We are looking for a proactive Sales & Logistics Support professional to join our team in Delhi. The role involves supporting the sales team, coordinating deliveries with logistics (Mumbai team), assisting in demos & events, and handling post-delivery machine installations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the Mumbai logistics team to meet customer delivery deadlines in alignment with sales orders.
• Work closely with the sales team to plan and forecast logistics needs based on sales orders and customer requirements.
• Assisting sales team in conducting demos.
• Assisting sales and marketing team in events
• Conducting installations of the machines at customer places after delivery
• Track and update the status of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to ensure the smooth execution of deliveries.
• Prepare reports on logistics order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
