Urgent Requirement For VP - Product Implementation
About the Role :
We are looking for a Head of Product Implementations to lead the successful deployment of our spend management SaaS platform across enterprise customers. This is a leadership role that blends project delivery , client engagement , product configuration , and revenue assurance .
You will be responsible for ensuring clients go live on time, within scope, and with high satisfaction — unlocking the business value of our solution right from the start.
Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management
Own the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise customers.
Define and standardize implementation methodology, playbooks, and timelines.
Plan and manage project resources, risks, and escalations.
Product Configuration & Enablement
Translate customer needs into product configuration, workflows, and user roles.
Guide clients through system setup, integrations, and UAT.
Work closely with product and engineering on customization or roadmap alignment.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.).
Drive adoption and prepare the customer for post-go-live success.
Revenue Assurance
Ensure timely and milestone-based revenue recognition.
Work with sales and finance teams to align contracts with delivery plans.
Track project profitability, scope creep, and effort allocation.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Build and lead a team of implementation managers or specialists.
Establish metrics for project success, client satisfaction, and onboarding efficiency.
Continuously improve internal processes and implementation tools / templates.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience 8–12 years in SaaS / enterprise software implementations; at least 3 in a leadership role
Project Management
Strong skills in managing large, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP / Prince2 a plus)
Client Engagement
Ability to manage enterprise clients, handle C-level interactions, and drive outcomes
Domain Knowledge
Understanding of finance processes (spend, AP, procurement) is a strong advantage
Product Orientation
Able to configure products, interpret use cases, and work with product teams on gaps
Communication
Clear, confident communicator — verbal, written, and presentation
Revenue Awareness
Experience working with revenue milestones, billing triggers, and financial planning

Minimised Average implementation duration
Maximised % implementations delivered on time / on budget
Max Client satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) at go-live
Quick Time to first value (TTFV) or go-live
