Job Summary :

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring deliver y.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT-related roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth and professional interview process.
Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring (preferably in consulting or technology domains).

Strong understanding of technical job requirements and modern hiring practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
