Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements :

• Architect and scale core backend services across ERP domains (estimating, procurement, operations, inventory, financials).
• Design and lead AI-first systems : build agentic workflows where AI agents automate decision-making, planning, and task execution.
• Integrate and optimize AI pipelines : GPT reasoning, OCR, vision ML, and multimodal models for construction-specific automation.
• Ensure high performance, resilience, and scalability in distributed systems (APIs, messaging, data stores).
• Implement banking-grade security and compliance : auth, encryption, data protection, auditability.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product and customer teams to deeply understand construction workflows and translate them into AI-driven architectures.
