Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Executive HR located in Panchkula. The Junior Executive – Human Resources will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with project sites and head office to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for site and office positions.
• Coordinate interviews, collect documents, and issue offer / appointment letters.
• Support in smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
