Role Overview

As Senior Content Manager-Chess, you'll lead the strategy, design, and execution of all Chess

learning content at Airlearn.

You'll collaborate with Grandmasters, educators, and designers to build a fun, structured, and dee engaging Chess curriculum for learners worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design the complete Chess learning journey - from beginner to advanced.
• Lead lesson and curriculum design aligned with Airlearn's learning model.
• Manage the creation of lessons, exercises, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with Chess experts, writers, and product teams.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and engagement across all lessons.
• Use learner data and feedback to improve pedagogy and structure.
