Travel Sales Consultant- FRESHER ( Flight Ticket and Holidays )

Location : Noida

Salary :

18,000-30,000 per month Plus Handsome Incentive

Sr. Travel Sales Consultant ( Flight Ticket and Holidays )

Location : Noida

Salary : 40,000-70,000 per month Plus Handsome Incentive

JD For Travel Sales :

Desired Skills and Experience :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a

constraint

Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred

Must have knowledge of world geography & airport preferred but not a

constraint

Candidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferred

Candidate must have working experience in PPC process

GDS Experience is preferred but not a constraint(Amadeus, Galileo etc.)

Must have their own conveyance for commuting to and from the workplace.

Responsibilities :

Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements

Understand customer requirement and offer Flight / packages accordingly

Coordinating with operations team

Handling operations / sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding

of UK destination is must

Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, Flight

costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages

Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any

customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate

resolution

Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly.
