The client is in the Healthcare Education industry and is looking to hire a Center Head for their upcoming center at Pune.
Role :
The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire center while driving business performance, service excellence, and profitability. This role carries full ownership of the center’s P&L , ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable operations. The Center Head will lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and business objectives are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business & P&L Management :
- Own the center’s P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business volumes and improve margins.
2. Operations Management :
Oversee end-to-end operations of the center ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.Establish, monitor, and improve SOPs to maintain high operational standards.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.3. People Leadership & Team Development :
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, support, and administration.Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability.Build capability through training, coaching, and succession planning.4. Customer & Stakeholder Management :
Ensure superior customer experience and service quality.Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.Act as the face of the center for both internal and external engagements.5. Business Development & Strategy Execution :
Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and service enhancements.Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans for the center.Key Skills & Competencies :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or any science background.8–12 years of relevant experience in operations / business management with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing teams and owning P&L responsibility.Experience in Education / Training industry would be an advantage.Performance Metrics (KPIs) :
