Senior Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity Developer

Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Remote (India)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Notice Period : 015 Days
Experience Required : 3+ Years (Relevant Salesforce Experience)
Projects in CV : Minimum 2
Graduation Year : 2020 or earlier
Certifications : Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2)
Skills : OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), Apex, Lightning Components
Budget : As per experience and company standards (LPA to be discussed during the interview)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity Developer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about building sophisticated, scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and have a strong development background, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity solutions including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Develop integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.

Ensure system scalability, performance, and quality through effective testing and optimization.

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly OmniStudio / Vlocity.

Demonstrated experience in at least 2 successful Salesforce projects.

Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certified Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, PD1, and PD2.

Understanding of Agile project management and DevOps tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins.

Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is a plus.
