About the Role :

We're seeking a Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring across Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering domains. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding — for functions like Design, Production, Projects, Maintenance, and Operations .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for core engineering positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Conduct HR screening, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and job fair initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Qualification :

Bachelor's in HR / Business Administration / Engineering; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred .
