Job description15+ years' IT delivery leadership in large-scale programs. Deep expertise in Cloud, Enterprise SaaS, Agile / DevOps, data security & compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, WCAG). Track record in scaling delivery centers with strong governance. Excellent client management, risk management, and stakeholder leadership. Healthcare domain experience is a strong advantage.
