Position Title : Executive Assistant to CEO

Location : On-Site – Kolkata

Type : Full-Time

Experience : 2–3 years preferred

Reports To : CEO

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage high-level administrative tasks, drive internal coordination, and ensure the CEO’s schedule and priorities are executed with precision. This role demands exceptional communication, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of confidentiality and time sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and teams, clients, partners, vendors
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
• Track and follow up on pending actions, communications, and deliverables
