Senior Officer - Store Management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipts, issues, and stock transfers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and audits.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and spares to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth material flow.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using SAP & Excel for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements for material handling.
• Implement best practices in inventory control, storage, and warehouse management .
• Track and reduce non-moving / slow-moving stock and optimize storage space.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in store operations and inventory accuracy.
