Partnerships Manager, EOR Business :
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will be responsible for driving strategic alliances and business partnerships with global EOR / PEO companies, vendors, and service providers. You will be instrumental in building and managing strong collaborations that fuel business growth and expand global partner ecosystem.
What You'll Do :
Strategic Alliances : Identify and onboard strategic partners, including HR tech platforms, EOR / PEO companies, and service vendors, to enhance Pamgro's service delivery.
Drive Growth : Spearhead business development initiatives through partnerships and negotiate commercial terms and joint go-to-market strategies to ensure mutual growth and
success.
Collaborate and Integrate : Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, HR Ops, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth partner integration.
Measure Impact : Monitor partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics.
Increase Visibility : Represent Pamgro at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.
Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and global HR compliance developments.
Requirement and Skillset :
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree
At least 2+ years of experience in partnerships or strategic alliances or channel sales, with a preference for experience in the EOR / PEO or IT Services Domain.
A proven track record of building and managing successful business partnerships.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
WorkMode :
Comfortable to work from office for 5 days a week
