Strategic Financial Leadership

• Shape and execute the long-term financial strategy that underpins accelerated growth, market expansion, and global integration.
• Develop and deliver India’s financial roadmap , aligned with BHPC’s global growth vision and designed to meet the rigor of IPO-level expectations.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization , ensuring visibility across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support market entry, category expansion, retail rollouts, and omni-channel growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Partners and Board on capital structure, risk-return trade-offs, and strategic investment opportunities.2. Financial Control, Compliance & Governance
