Assistant Product Manager

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Product Manager- Payment Lounge (payment gateway) with a strong background in payment gateway, payment aggregator, or fintech companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment product lifecycle — from merchant onboarding to TSP integrations — and will work closely with tech, compliance, and business teams to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and iterate on product features.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product performance metrics and optimize for reliability, speed, and user experience.
• Technically sound – able to read logs, triage issues with engineering, and manage sprint deliveries.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and debugging merchant integration issues.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define test cases and ensure thorough product testing before release.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate product functionality against business requirements.
• Monitor post-release performance and coordinate bug fixes or enhancements based on testing feedback.
