Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Aurangabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. The day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of professionalism and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
