HR Manager — Blix Education (Andheri East, Mumbai)

At Blix , we’re on a mission to make learning hands-on, creative, and fun! Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for an HR Manager who can build a happy, high-performing workplace.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things people — from hiring and onboarding to payroll and culture-building.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire employee lifecycle : from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and exits.
• Handle payroll and incentives : coordinate with our accounts team and outsourced agency for timely disbursement and compliance (EPF, etc.).
• Set up & track KPIs and KRAs across departments — ensure every team member has clarity and direction.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities — monthly events, celebrations, and culture initiatives that keep energy high.
• Conduct onboarding & orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the Blix way.
• Maintain HR records and employee data in an organized and confidential manner.
• Support leadership with people insights — identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance team wellbeing.
• Be the bridge between teams, management, and our external HR agency to ensure smooth operations.
