Job description
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash / bank books.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and payment queries.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor expense claims, petty cash, and other accounting activities.
  • Maintain general ledgers and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
