Job Description : Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities :

• Counselling Prospective Students : Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about AAFT's programs, admission criteria, and campus offerings.
• Guidance & Support : Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to suggest suitable programs and help them understand how AAFT can help achieve their goals.
• Application Process Assistance : Guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring they understand each step and have the support they need.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with applicants, their families, and educational advisors, promoting AAFT as an institution of choice.
• Follow-up & Reporting : Regularly follow up with potential applicants, answer questions, and provide updates on their application status. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report on progress.
