Career Level : are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in consolidation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing detailed analyses, and coordinating with auditors.

This role requires robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to Closing & Oversee the accurate and timely closing of financial books at the end of each accounting period.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and IFRS during the closing process.
• Ensure proper booking of prepaid expenses and provisions.
• Prepare the fixed assets register and perform regular scrutiny of the balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow analysis.

Financial Analysis & Planning :

Auditing & Liaise with internal and external auditors; coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Process Improvement & Internal Controls :

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Communicate complex financial information and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience working within dynamic, multi-entity organizations.
