Description
We are seeking a Junior Executive - TA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, social media, and other sources
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely hiring
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring process
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and other recruitment activities
- Provide support in creating job descriptions and job postings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentStrong understanding of the job market context in IndiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyProficient in MS Office and recruitment softwareAbility to work in a team environment and collaborate effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of employment laws and regulations in IndiaSkills Required
