Job descriptionConduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess potential areas for infrastructure development or expansion. Work with legal and regulatory teams to secure necessary permits, approvals, and land rights for construction activities. Create detailed plans for field expansion aligned with company goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Oversee on-site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. Build relationships with local communities, government bodies, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to senior management on expansion progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Skills
- Ability to evaluate potential expansion sites for technical viability, environmental impact, regulatory compliance, and logistical feasibility.
- Capable of preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities during field expansion.
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes relevant to infrastructure development.
- Proficient in liaising with local authorities, landowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and conflict resolution.
- Adept at identifying potential risks (e.G., land acquisition delays, community opposition) and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Skilled in developing expansion strategies, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and aligning field activities with project timelines.
