Bilingual PM_ Java :

Skill sets - Must have Java, Spring Boot, Javascript, Core Java, React / Angular, JLPT-N3 level or higher.

Job Description : As a member of the project's offshore development team, you will be responsible for detailed design based on requirements, implementation, unit and integration testing, and bug fixes. Collaborate with the Japan team to develop features while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines and maintain documentation. Actively participate in code reviews and technical knowledge sharing within the team to contribute to continuous improvement.

• Required Qualifications : At least 4 years of web system development experience using Java, JavaScript, etc., covering the entire process from detailed design to testing. Experience using configuration management tools like Git and unit testing tools. English proficiency sufficient to read English specifications and communicate with the Japanese team. Team development experience with the ability to report, communicate, and consult appropriately.
• Preferred Qualifications : Experience developing for Japanese companies or manufacturing systems. Experience using modern frameworks like Spring Boot, React / Angular. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher and understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette. Familiarity with Agile development processes and code review culture.
