Role Description

This is a full-time Claims Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Claims Specialist will focus on supporting customers through the end-to-end insurance claims process , ensuring their claims are submitted accurately, tracked diligently, and resolved promptly. Responsibilities include assisting customers in preparing and filing claims, reviewing claim details for completeness and compliance, coordinating with insurance companies to expedite approvals, and resolving any disputes or delays. The role requires maintaining clear, timely communication with customers, insurers, and internal teams while ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 1 years+ expereince in customer-centric claims support and claims handling
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate claim documents, identify gaps, and streamline resolution
• Understanding of insurance workflows, policy structures, and claims adjudication processes
• Excellent communication skills for guiding customers and interacting with insurers
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer cases efficiently
• Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment in navigating claim-related challenges
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance, healthcare, finance, or a related field.
