Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications, and will be responsible for automating business processes, integrating third-party tools, and enhancing CRM functionality to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation rules.
• Develop and maintain custom functions, scripts, and Deluge code to support business logic.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (e.G., Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk) and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM performance and functionality.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
