Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications, and will be responsible for automating business processes, integrating third-party tools, and enhancing CRM functionality to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation rules.
Develop and maintain custom functions, scripts, and Deluge code to support business logic.
Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (e.G., Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk) and third-party platforms via APIs.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM performance and functionality.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

Required Technical Skills

Proven experience with Zoho CRM preferred with certifications, if any

Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.

Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education
