MD - Coverage Banker (Energy & Infrastructure / TMT)

Aquis Search has partnered with a leading Investment Bank, in their search for a MD-level sector coverage banker to lead origination in Energy & Infrastructure or TMT. The remit : own C-suite relationships, originate advisory and financing mandates, and partner tightly with product teams (M&A, ECM / DCM, Structured / Project Finance).

What you’ll do

• Lead sector coverage and originate mandates (sell-side / buy-side M&A, equity / debt, structured / project finance).
• Convert a warm network into a repeat mandate pipeline; bring in product / sector partners as needed.
• Build and coach a lean team; set the sector’s origination agenda and coverage priorities.
• Work cross-border with regional and global teams to drive distribution and execution.
