Territory Manager South
Reports To :
Vice President Sales and Operations, LLS India
Role Type : Individual Contributor
Location : Chennai
Purpose of the role :
Drive sustained profitable growth in the assigned territory aligned with organization strategy to ensure long term success.
Responsibilities :
Achieve the Business results (Order Intake, Revenue and Profitability) for assigned territory and direct customers.
Create territory, distributor and key customer business growth plan and drive the actions to achieve business results.
Identify the gaps in geographical coverage and segment coverage and create plans to improve the network coverage and segment growth.
Drive distributor sales and service engineers’ activities with identified distributor key accounts.
Identify and generate the new business opportunities in terms of new products, new applications, new customers.
Implement SKF segment / customer strategy and Key processes like Funnel& Visit Management, Key account management and territory management through CRM tool.
Provide market intelligence and competitive information to management.
Demonstrate and drive compliance to company code of conduct, ethics, policies & statuary & legal requirements.
Develop relationship in customer organization to strengthen SKF businesses and preferences.

Candidate Profile :
Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech. Post-graduation in Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Industrial Applications and Segments
Knowledge of Hydraulic, Piping and Instrumentation
Ability to work with cross-functional team.
Ability to create the value proposals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, networking and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
