Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an L2 Service Desk professional. The L2 Service Desk role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with system maintenance and cybersecurity. The individual will handle service desk requests, escalate issues when necessary, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT support team.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Service Desk and Help Desk Support
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
