About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-friendly Guest Relation Executive to manage front-of-house operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle guest queries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Guide guests to their tables and ensure comfort.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception / host desk area.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions when required.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and daily reports.
Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate in Hospitality preferred.1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Host / Front Office.Excellent communication skills (English & local language).Good grooming, positive attitude, and customer service mindset.Ability to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.Basic computer knowledge for reservation software.Preferred Skills
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Experience in premium or fine-dine restaurants is a plus.Skills Required
