Manufacturing Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the improvement of our manufacturing processes and optimize production efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design and develop cost-effective manufacturing solutions that meet operational requirements.
• Analyze process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance production workflows, reduce downtime, and increase throughput.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Select and implement new manufacturing equipment or tooling to improve production capabilities.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
• Provide technical support to the production floor, resolving issues that impact product quality or manufacturing efficiency.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, address process-related challenges, and maintain workflow. Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in manufacturing operations.
