Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team as a full-time member. The ideal candidate will take complete responsibility for supervising and executing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

As a key member of the project team, you will :

• Oversee day-to-day construction work at the project site.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily / weekly site reports, and update management.
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Verify and check measurements, bills, and contractor work.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth execution.

Qualifications

Education : B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a site engineer in civil construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices .

Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings .

Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD , and site reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
