HR Executive (Immediate JoinersWFO-Hyderabad)

Role Overview :

As an HR Executive (Immediate Joiners – WFO Hyderabad) at Flashoot, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our workplace culture. You will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

This role is central to ensuring Flashoot continues to scale with a strong, motivated, and high-performing team. You’ll be the go-to person for employees, fostering a positive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle payroll, HR operations, and employee records efficiently
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
• Support leadership in driving HR policies and organizational growth strategies
• Contribute to building a creative, dynamic, and people-first workplace
