Job descriptionAssist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach. Conduct sales meetings and presentations to internal teams and clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Motivate, guide, and support the sales team to achieve MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (preferred). Proven experience in sales strategy development and market analysis. Strong background in client relationship management and customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities. Previous experience in hospitality sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.

Role Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director of Sales to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH.
- The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- The role involves analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, preparing detailed sales reports, conducting meetings, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
